Need a quick, healthy snack for the kiddos (or YOU) after school? These no-bake peanut butter protein balls are always a hit! 🙌 They're packed with clean energy, healthy fats, and protein to keep everyone full and focused—without the sugar crash.

2 cups peanut butter

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup honey (I used a local cinnamon honey)

Mini m&ms or chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls (I use a cookie scoop!).

Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.
