Plus, they’re quick to assemble, which is perfect for busy evenings. Chicken caprese salad combines the freshness of tomatoes and mozzarella with savory chicken, making it a balanced dish that tastes like a treat but keeps things healthy. I often add a drizzle of balsamic glaze to elevate the flavors. Western quiche is a great option if you want something that can be made ahead and enjoyed warm or cold.
