As an influencer… I’ll deinfluence you honestly

I feel like it’s very hard to get an honest opinion sometimes because everyone is trying to constantly sell you stuff so I am someone that has been gifted all of these products and I will let you know exactly what is worth it and what is not worth it HONESTLY!

All of these products I’ve been gifted to me within this past year, so all of them are not a year old yet, but I have had a little bit of experience with them to the point where I feel like I can give an honest opinion on whether or not they’re worth it.

Let me know down below your wish list or things that maybe you do not want anymore because you’ve been deinfluenced👀

... Read moreOkay, so you've seen countless 'aesthetic' desk setups and 'hands-on' reviews online, right? But how do you really tell if a product lives up to the hype, especially when influencers get so many things gifted? My goal isn't just to tell you what I don't love, but to help you become a better judge of what's truly worth your hard-earned cash. It's all about looking beyond the pretty pictures and digging into the actual user experience. Take keyboards, for instance. I've tried those trendy transparent keyboards with pink and black keys. They look incredible in photos, creating that perfect 'aesthetic' vibe for your desk. But when you get your hands on them, it's not just about how they look. How do the keys feel? Is the travel satisfying? Is it too loud for your workspace? Does the transparency actually add to the functionality or is it just for show? My personal experience tells me that while some look great, the actual typing experience can vary wildly. Don't just fall for the visuals; consider the tactile feedback and overall comfort during long use sessions. And what about headphones? I've used those sleek white and gray ones with glowing blue accents. They certainly look futuristic and comfortable in an aesthetic setup, perhaps even with a glass of a drink and gingerbread decorations in front of a computer setup. But comfort is paramount for long listening sessions. Do they pinch your ears? Is the headband adjustable enough? And sound quality – does it match the premium look? Are the bass and treble balanced, or is it all just flash? A truly great pair will feel like a cloud on your head while delivering crisp audio, not just look good on a stand. Then there are the niche items, like those small, square speakers with screens or the white 3-in-1 alarm clocks with glowing circular lights. These often promise to elevate your aesthetic and functionality. For the speaker, is the screen genuinely useful, displaying something more than just the time? Is the sound robust enough for its size? With the alarm clock, does the light actually help you wake up gently, and are the charging features convenient? Sometimes, these multi-functional gadgets try to do too much and end up doing nothing perfectly. It's about finding that sweet spot where functionality meets aesthetic without compromise. Even elements like desk decor, such as a computer monitor displaying a colorful desktop, or a red product box used as an accent, can contribute to the overall vibe. And those rectangular metal posters on the wall? While they add character, how easy are they to mount? Do they stay put? Durability and ease of installation are often overlooked in aesthetic reviews. Remember, your space should not only look good but also feel good and be practical. So, next time you see a 'hands-on product review' that's all about the 'aesthetic', ask yourself: What's the real experience like? Is it genuinely useful, comfortable, and durable, or just a pretty prop? My journey has taught me to value substance over pure style, and I hope this helps you make more informed choices!
