It provides a steady release of energy, which is perfect for fueling up before or recovering after a workout. Then comes the protein – and this is where you can get creative! Tofu is a fantastic plant-based option, and I love how it soaks up all the flavors. Sometimes I'll add grilled chicken or even some baked salmon for variety.
