This journey is a blessing in every way—mentally, spiritually, and physically. 🫶🏼

Incorporate protein-rich foods such as eggs, cheese, legumes, tofu, poultry, fish, and healthy fats like avocado, olives, olive oil, and nuts to help sustain energy and curb cravings. Equally important are high-fiber foods—including beans, whole grains, starchy tubers, vegetables, and fruit—that slow digestion and promote satiety. Supporting gut health can greatly enhance your overall wellness. Adding more plants—fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes—helps keep your digestive system on track.
