I hated the gym. So I tried the simplest thing possible: just walk 10,000 steps every day. No weights, no classes, no equipment. After 30 days my body changed more than it did in months of on-and-off gym sessions. Walking is the most underrated exercise and I tracked every single day on Repscroll.

Walking not only helped me shed weight but also reduced stress and gave me a natural energy boost throughout the day. Walking 10,000 steps daily is more than just an exercise routine—it's a lifestyle change that combats the negative effects of prolonged sitting and inactivity. It requires no special equipment or gym membership, just a pair of comfortable shoes and some dedication.
