... Read moreMaking s'mores at home has never been easier, especially with this quick no-bake method that skips the need for a campfire or stove. Using melty marshmallows and smooth melted chocolate spread over crisp graham crackers creates that classic s'mores taste in a simple, modern way. I found that using Hershey’s chocolate melts nicely and complements the sweetness from the marshmallows perfectly. When spreading, it helps to warm the marshmallows until they are just gooey and easy to spread evenly, making every bite rich and creamy. Letting the assembled layers chill in the fridge for about five minutes allows the chocolate to set slightly, making the treat easier to handle, especially if you're serving kids or looking for less mess. Although the look might not be as perfect as a traditional roasted s'more, the ease and flavor more than make up for it. I've tried different chocolate brands, and semi-sweet chocolates work well if you prefer a less sweet version. You can also experiment by adding peanut butter or slicing fruits like strawberries or bananas on top for extra texture and flavor. This recipe is great for a last-minute dessert or a fun baking project with kids, especially during times when going outdoors isn't an option. The simple ingredient list means you probably have everything at home already, making it a fantastic quick fix when craving something sweet. Overall, this method provides a tasty, fuss-free alternative to traditional s'mores that you can enjoy any time.

Don’t melt the chocolate too much. Do it in 30 second intervals. It just need to be a thick creamy consistency, not melty. Just slowly spread it around with butterknife. And use marshmallow fluff instead
