2 - 3 piece of fresh ginger
2-3 inch piece of fresh turmeric
2 whole lemon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 aloe vera
½ tsp cayenne
1 tsp raw honey l
Instructions
1 Juice all ingredients
2 - add juice to blender and add, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and cayenne pepper
3 - Strain, for a smoother shot.
