🥢 🌸 Maitake and Pork Hana Shabu

< Materials > (2 servings)

• Pork belly... 200g (thinly sliced)

• Maitake mushrooms... 1-2 packs

• Bean sprouts... 1 bag

• Water... 150 ml

• White broth... 1 teaspoon

🟢 green onion flavor sauce

• Plenty of green onions

• Soy sauce... tablespoon 4

• 2 spoons of mirin

• Sugar... 1 teaspoon

• Sesame oil... 2 tablespoons

• Garlic tube... 1 ~ 2cm

• White sesame... a little (optional)

How to make

① Divide the maitake mushrooms into small bunches, put 2-3 pieces of pork belly on top of each other and roll it up (into a long and thin egg shape).

② Spread bean sprouts on a frying pan and arrange maitake rolls in a circle like Hana 🌸

③ Add water + white soup stock, cover and steam over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Heat the sesame oil in a small pot and fry the green onions lightly.

When the scent comes out, add other seasonings and boil for a while.

⑤ Sprinkle the sauce on the steamed pork roll and sprinkle white sesame ✨
