Before The Gym Breakfast
Breakfast before the gym just hits different. ☀️🍳 Two sunny side up eggs, chicken sausage, fresh apples and blueberries, plus a keto bun to keep me fueled before today’s workout. Nothing complicated; ust a meal that leaves me feeling ready to move.
