Here’s another WIEIAD!🍓

My boyfriend was over today so I didn’t cook lunch and just made two snacks to kind of substitute it. I made sure to still get protein/fats/etc.

I also ate some graham crackers, but forgot to take a pic lol.

Supplements🫐:

Iron- Ya girl is slightly anemic

Fish Oil- A good source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Cranberry Concentrate- Urinary tract health

Probiotic- Gut health

Breakfast🥭:

I made overnight oats with

•strawberries

•frozen mango

•protein yogurt

•two tablespoons of chia seeds

•1/2 cup of oatmeal

•almond milk

•added walnuts and pecans

Lunch🍎:

1.) Apples with two tablespoons of peanut butter, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips

2.) Baby carrots and green bell peppers with Mediterranean hummus

Dinner🍕:

Three pieces of pizza.

It was originally just pepperoni but I added a yellow bell pepper, green olives, some minced garlic(it was good trust), kalamata olives, and an arugula/spinach mix to my half of it

Snack🍪:

Honey graham cracker even though I forgot to add a pic lol
