I started in November 2025 and ate pretty much not to strict of diet! I just added veggies and exercise a bam! 14 pounds off!

From my personal experience, one of the most impactful changes was simply incorporating more vegetables into my meals and committing to regular exercise. Instead of obsessing over every calorie, focusing on nutrient-rich foods like leafy greens, broccoli, and peppers helped curb cravings and improve overall energy. Exercise also played a major role. I started with short, manageable sessions of walking and gradually included strength training to build muscle and boost metabolism. Consistency was key—I found that small daily efforts added up quickly. The absence of a rigid diet made it easier to maintain this lifestyle over time, avoiding burnout and feelings of deprivation. I highly recommend tracking progress without pressure—perhaps by journaling food and activity or celebrating non-scale victories like improved mood and better sleep. Weight loss is a personal journey, and flexibility combined with mindful choices creates sustainable results. Anyone looking to shed pounds can benefit from these simple, realistic strategies that focus on wellness rather than perfection.

Costco haul that helped me lose 100lbs in 10months
I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
