How I got out of my working from home depression!
#Lemon8Diary Going straight from working in the office full time to working from home and being with the kids all day honestly got really depressing. I really enjoyed going into the office!! I went from Getting up in the morning getting work cute and being around adults to waking up late, being in my pajamas all day, working, and taking care of my kids. It got very old very quick and fell into and i fell into a depression😞 It was very challenging for me to find a work-home balance.
I relaized that I needed to get a healthy routine back into my life! So i started waking up 1-2 hours earlier and started doing things thst made me happy! That included praying and meditating to place good intentions in my day, 5-10 min stretching, putting makeup and getting dressed. I was able to get my grounded then my kids and then start working. Once I started doing that I felt sooooooo much better ❤️
My new intention is to take a walk with my kids everyday. Get the house and get some air!! Let my kids get some air especially during the week where we are in the house all day.

Working from home can lead to feelings of isolation and depression for many individuals, especially after transitioning from an office environment. Establishing a morning routine is crucial. This routine can include activities like meditation, stretching, or simply taking a moment for oneself. Adopting healthy living habits, such as regular exercise and quality family time, plays a significant role in combating the negative aspects of remote work. Engaging in outdoor activities, even brief walks, can significantly uplift mood and reduce stress levels. Creating a schedule that prioritizes self-care and family interaction can help restore not only your mental health but also improve overall productivity. It's essential to recognize patterns that lead to burnout and to proactively implement strategies that foster a positive mindset. By sharing experiences and seeking support within communities, we can collectively navigate the challenges of working from home. Remember, you're not alone, and small changes can make a big difference in your work-from-home journey.
