For example, my weekly meal planner often includes snacks like Greek yogurt with nuts, or a protein shake blended with fruit, which are easy calorie boosters. Timing can also make a difference – try to get protein and carbs in both pre and post-workout to maximize recovery and growth. For all my ladies out there looking for a tailored women's fitness diet plan, I totally get it. Our bodies have unique needs!
