Hey girls 👋🏼💗

Back with another simplistic 7 day high protein meal plan!

I keep these simple enough that anyone can make them quickly and most have these ingredients at home already!

Make sure based on your diet plan you are getting enough calorie intake. My diet plan is a high protein low carb, so I try and make sure I am getting 0.8-1 grams of protein per kg of my weight.

So when you recreate these meals keep your daily protein intake in mind and portion size correctly.

You can find simple recipes online for these meals, but I try to keep them simple yet exciting for you all to enjoy.
