This flavorful noodle dish is a huge hit and a personal favorite. While often seen as street food, you can totally enjoy a healthier version at home. My tip? Load it up with lots of fresh vegetables like sliced carrots, broccoli, onions, and even some green beans. Instead of relying heavily on oily sauces, use a lighter soy sauce base and plenty of lean chicken or shrimp for an extra protein boost. It’s all about balance, right? You can still get that fantastic savory taste without feeling sluggish. Then there's momo – those delightful dumplings! Traditionally, momos are steamed, which is already a healthier cooking method. If you're really watching your macros, opting for a vegetable or lean ground chicken filling can make them a wonderful, satisfying treat. And chatpatte?
