Benefits of Coffee

There is a lot of stigma around drinking coffee. Some people rely on it, and others think it's bad to rely on caffeine. However, the caffeine content doesn't have to be the only deciding factor.

Did you know? ......

•coffee contains small amounts of some nutrients including potassium, niacin, and magnesium

•coffee can help increase your calcium D and vitamin D intake

Also, drinking moderate amounts of coffee has been linked to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes, and Parkinson's disease (Klemm, 2020).

Note: I am only talking about Coffee. Energy drinks, pills, preworkout, etc... have not been addressed in this post.
