I miss running!!

i ran cross country my Junior year and track my sophomore and junior year. I wanted to run senior year but i moved super far and wasn’t able to make xc practice. That made me lose ALL motivation i had to run. I did try to continue running during track season but got sick and lost all progress.

I know there were definitely ways for me to still run on my own but part of my motivation was my team and coaches. Now that i am out of HS i’m not sure how to get that motivation back. I mostly need the accountability to push myself again. Hopefully tomorrow i can wake up early and get myself back out there. I know it won’t be much but i do need to start again.

And honestly… i really miss the way my body was when i would workout I was slim, toned and I felt so good I was soo happy. I know i’m slim now but I had a butt and since i stopped its GONE😭😭.

I would NOT have considered myself a runner earlier this year. I've always enjoyed sprinting but long distance running was never my thing or something I was good at. But I decided to sign up for a 10 mile race in the summer to challenge myself and by surprise I slowly began to love running!!
