On Day 10 of my journey, I felt completely drained by 9:30am but still pushed through the day. What helped me was focusing on better calorie intake rather than getting caught up in perfection. I noticed that even though my sodium intake was high, staying within calorie targets made me feel more accomplished and motivated. One helpful tip I picked up is meal prepping simple, nutrient-dense foods that require minimal effort but keep me full during long work hours. Hydration is another key factor, especially when sodium is high, so I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust your food choices based on energy levels and mood. Tracking progress in a diary form like this not only keeps me accountable but also helps me reflect on what works and what needs improvement. If you're on a similar calorie deficit journey, remember it’s okay to have days where everything isn’t perfect. Consistency over time is what truly leads to success.
