「シャトレーゼ旭川」「シャトレーゼ函館」で検索してる人って、たぶん“シャトレーゼが近くにある（or行く予定がある）→ついでに寄れるスイーツ多めのスポットない？”って気分だと思うんだけど、私が声を大にしておすすめしたいのが、札幌のシャトレーゼ ガトーキングダムの朝食ビュッフェ。 私も最初は「ホテルの朝食でしょ？」くらいのテンションだったのに、入った瞬間にスイーツの量と本気度でびっくり。特に感動したのが“ブリュレ仕立てのバームクーヘン”。バームを炙って仕上げるから、外はパリパリで香ばしくて、中はしっとり。完全にデザート専門店のクオリティで、朝から幸せが爆発します。 さらに神なのが、シャトレーゼの店舗で見かけるケーキ・アイス・ヨーグルトが「そのまま食べ放題」なところ。アイスを盛って、ヨーグルトも取って、気づいたらデザートだけで1周終わりそうになる勢いでした。甘いの好きな人はここだけで元取れると思う。 もちろん甘いだけじゃなくて、ごはん系も強いです。出来たてのふわとろオムレツがあって、明太子も大きめサイズがゴロッと。北海道っぽいメニューも多くて、私は焼魚（鮭やほっけ）と海鮮系をつい欲張りました。塩辛が最高で、ごはんに乗せて生卵を合わせたら危険な美味しさ…朝から背徳感まで満たされるやつ。 子連れ目線だと、キッズコーナーが充実してるのが地味にありがたいポイント。子どもが自分で“朝ごはんプレート”を作れる感じで、うちもテンション上がってました。大人はゆっくりスイーツ巡回、子どもは自分の好きなもの…で、家族みんな満足しやすいと思います。 旭川や函館からだと日帰りは距離があるけど、札幌に寄る予定があるなら「朝食目的で泊まる」のもアリ。種類が多すぎて一周じゃ足りないので、時間に余裕がある日に行くのがおすすめです。
