I struggled SO much as a first time mom, so much so that I wished those first few months away because postpartum is a beast and anxiety and depression took a toll on me, and I didn’t start coming out of it until a year postpartum. When I became pregnant with my second I KNEW it had to be different this time. I wanted to enjoy every moment this time around. So that’s what I did. I’m almost 3 months postpartum and truly feel happy, healthy and thriving (with a touch of tiredness too because, mom life)
