THE BEST Hot Fudge Sauce
I am a chocolate-lover!!! 🍫 I make/bake/create as much as possible and I’m always in the kitchen so I’m sharing the best hot fudge sauce I’ve ever made! This is great on ice cream, as a chocolate dip, or just grab a spoon and eat out of the container! 🤤 The best part is this takes less than 10 minutes. 🤘
Ingredients:
1-12oz can Evaporated Milk
1 cup Salted Butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Instructions:
In a medium sauce pan, combine the evaporated milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until a rolling boil begins. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla. Continue stirring until mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat and pour into a deli container or glass jar and allow to cool, completely before storing in refrigerator. Store for up to 3 weeks.

Hot fudge sauce is a deliciously versatile addition to any dessert table. Beyond being a classic topping for ice cream, consider using this rich sauce in a variety of ways. Pour it over brownies to elevate them into a decadent dessert. Try drizzling hot fudge over pancakes or waffles for an indulgent breakfast treat or serve with fresh fruits for a gourmet dessert platter. For a delightful variation, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to your hot fudge sauce for a salted chocolate experience that complements the sweetness perfectly. Alternatively, you can experiment by incorporating flavored extracts, such as almond or hazelnut, to create unique flavor profiles. If you're looking to make it a bit healthier, using dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate can add antioxidants while still delivering rich flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat gently before serving. This sauce is sure to enhance a variety of desserts, making it a staple in your kitchen all year round!
