Half way through
I’m so proud of myself! I started my fitness and health journey a little over two weeks ago and now I’m already half way through Rachel Fit Pilates Wall Pilates Challenge!!
I chose wall Pilates for the low impact on my knees. I’ve had three knee surgery’s and I need to build strength in them again. I use to work out in high school but in college and after having kids I’ve had a hard time sticking to a routine.
This new routine makes me feel amazing. Im seeing and feeling the changes in my body.
