I thought it gave something but it gave nothing

4/20 Edited to

... Read moreWhen diving into the world of fashion, especially with basic or minimalist styles, we often expect a certain level of impact or uniqueness. However, 'the most basic fit ever' can sometimes feel underwhelming, as I personally experienced. It’s easy to assume that simplicity will effortlessly translate into style, but the reality is more nuanced. From my experience, a basic outfit can sometimes 'give nothing' if key elements such as fit, fabric quality, and personal styling aren’t carefully considered. For example, a plain T-shirt and jeans combo can look dull unless tailored properly or accessorized thoughtfully. The key is to elevate basics with attention to detail, whether that means layering, choosing statement shoes, or integrating subtle patterns and textures. Another important factor I learned is confidence. Even the simplest outfit needs to be carried with self-assurance to truly stand out. Without that, the basic fit can seem just ordinary and uninspiring. It’s also helpful to keep experimenting with small tweaks—rolling up sleeves, cuffing pants, or mixing materials—to avoid the feeling of giving 'nothing'. Ultimately, basic fashion isn’t about just putting on plain clothes but about how you make them your own. This experience taught me that basics serve as a foundation; building upon them with creativity and personality is what brings fashion to life.

#fyp #mentalhealthawareness #love #poem #ex Thinking about it just bums me out. I love her. At least I think I do. Because she made my heart beat in two. I hate admitting that. I know I’ll probably never see her again. Never hear her voice. Never know the person she’s become.

The Exercise That Gave Me Multiple Orgasms
I never had more than one. Thought my body wasn't built for it. Then I started doing 50 squats every night. By week 3 I could feel muscles I didn't know existed. Week 4 it happened. Then again. And again. Squats build your pelvic floor. Stronger pelvic floor = you can contract and release o

Going to therapy was one of the hardest — but also the bravest — decisions I’ve ever made. For years, I carried so much on my own: past trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD. I thought “being strong” meant never needing anyone, but in reality, I was just drowning silently. Therapy gav

“I got it.” That was always the go-to. No matter how tired, overwhelmed, or lowkey falling apart I was. I said it before anyone could even offer help. Like if I handled everything on my own, I couldn’t be disappointed or let down. But over time, that little phrase started to feel heavier.
