Medjool Frozen Yogurt Bites
Freeze This simple three ingredient recipe packed with high protein and nutrients. It's a satisfying yogurt bite.
✨Greek yogurt (I used super zero vanilla)
✨1/2 medjool date in pieces
✨sprinkle cinnamon on top
Here’s how I make them:
• Fill a silicone mini muffin tray with vanilla Greek yogurt (use silicone so you can pop the bites out)
• Use a silicone spatula to smooth and level each one
• Add about ½ a Medjool date (chopped) on top of each
• Sprinkle a little cinnamon
• Freeze until solid ❄️
That’s it!
✨ To eat: just pop one out of the tray and enjoy a cold, creamy bite whenever you want a quick snack.
