Creamy shrimp and salmon pasta 🍝

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillets

- ¾ lb large shrimp

- 2-3 servings rigatoni pasta

- 1½-2 c heavy cream

- ¼ c sun dried tomatoes

- 1 tbsp tomato paste

- ¼ c spinach

- ¼ c mozzarella cheese

- 2½ tsp paprika

- 2½ tsp onion powder

- 2 tsp white pepper

- 2 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp garlic salt

- ½-1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to spice preference)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: parsley

Steps:

1. Season salmon with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, and ½ tsp garlic salt

2. Season shrimp with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, and ½ tsp garlic salt shrimp with

3. Let shrimp and salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes

4. Cook your pasta according to package instructions

5. While pasta is cooking, cook your shrimp

6. Once shrimp is cooked, remove from skillet and cook your salmon

7. Once salmon is cooked, remove from skillet and begin to make your sauce

8. Add sundried tomatoes and garlic to skillet

9. Once cooked down, add in tomato paste

10. Mix together and add in heavy cream

11. Season with ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp onion powder, 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste

12. Once cream starts to boil add in spinach and mozzarella

13. Add in your parsley (optional), and save about ¼ c of the sauce (this is to drizzle over the salmon)

14. Once cheese has melted, add in shrimp and past

15. Place salmon over pasta and drizzle sauce you saved over the salmon
