I did it ! I lost 10kg in a year !
It’s been awhile since I last posted here, life has been full of ups and down. But the only thing down now is my weight and fat percentage HAHAHA I think it really helped that I wasn’t focused so much on the speed that I was losing weight, more on the fact that I could sustain my gymming sessions
