How i lost 10Ibs in 2 weeks

I'm thrilled to share my 10-pound weight loss journey with you all! 🤩 Before starting my strict diet, I prepared my body by cutting out carbs (bread, rice, pasta) for 2 weeks. 🍞🍚🍝 This helped my body adjust and respond positively to the changes.

Then, I started my strict diet and intermittent fasting, and the results were amazing! 🤯 5 pounds in the first week, 4 pounds in the second. 📉yes I did have cheat moments and I ate desserts!🎂

My tip: don't just jump into a diet! Prepare your body first by cutting out carbs for 2 weeks. Your body (and scale) will thank you! 🙏 follow for my maintenance phase before the holidays

... Read moreHey everyone! I'm still pinching myself about how quickly I saw results on my weight loss journey. Losing 10 pounds in just two weeks felt incredible, and I wanted to dive deeper into the ‘how’ and the ‘what difference’ it truly made for me. Many of you are asking about the secret, and it really comes down to a strategic approach, not just jumping into a fad diet. First, let's talk about the foundational step: carb-cutting preparation. This wasn't just a random act; it was crucial for priming my body. For two weeks before even starting my strict diet, I systematically cut out major carb sources like bread, rice, and pasta. This wasn't about deprivation, but about helping my body transition from relying heavily on carbs for energy to burning fat more efficiently. It really helped reduce those initial intense cravings once I started the stricter phase. Instead of those starchy sides, I focused on meals like seasoned chicken pieces with plenty of green beans, or a hearty plate of sliced steak with two fried eggs and creamy avocado – delicious and satisfying high-protein, low-carb options that kept me full. Once my body felt adjusted, I introduced my strict diet combined with intermittent fasting (IF). For me, the strict diet meant prioritizing lean proteins and non-starchy vegetables. Think along the lines of a roasted chicken leg with a generous serving of green beans. I consciously limited starchy vegetables like potatoes and carrots to keep my carb intake low. For IF, I generally followed a 16:8 schedule, meaning I ate all my meals within an 8-hour window and fasted for 16 hours. This might sound daunting, but after the carb-cutting prep, my body adapted surprisingly well. I found my energy levels more stable throughout the day, and I wasn't constantly thinking about food. Now, you might be wondering about exercise, especially since a 'Before and After' image often implies a grueling workout routine. What's truly amazing is that I achieved this '10-pound weight loss in two weeks without intense exercise.' My focus during this period was almost entirely on nutrition. While I believe in staying active, for these two weeks, my results came primarily from optimizing my eating habits, which goes to show the power of diet! And yes, I absolutely had cheat moments and enjoyed desserts! This is where sustainability comes in. I didn't want to feel completely deprived, so on occasion, I allowed myself a small treat. The key was moderation and not letting one cheat meal derail my entire progress. Knowing I could have a little something made the strict days much easier to stick to. It’s about balance, not perfection. Beyond the number on the scale, the difference I felt was incredible. My clothes fit better, I felt lighter and less bloated, and my mental clarity improved. It wasn't just about weight; it was about feeling more in tune with my body and having more energy. If you're looking to kickstart your own journey, my biggest tip is truly to prepare your body first. Don't just jump into a diet; ease into it by adjusting your carb intake. Your body will thank you, and you might be amazed at the rapid transformation you see!

Yup! Basically just keep eating as much as you want and don’t eat bread, pasta or rice! You can also have a cheat day. If you see that you ate a lot the day before then the next day don’t eat any sweets and give your body a day or two break of sugar and pretty much you’ll loose and maintain the weight you lost ❤️
