What helped me was acknowledging these feelings and prioritizing self-care. Taking breaks, practicing mindfulness, and setting boundaries at work made a remarkable difference. Creative outlets like journaling and connecting with fellow creators helped me process these feelings and regain my sense of purpose. For anyone navigating burnout, it's important to realize that feeling 'different' is a signal your mind and body need attention. Don’t wait until you lose track of time and energy completely. Instead, seek support, whether through friends, mentors, or professional help, and create a sustainable routine that balances work and rest.
