150 g vanilla low fat greek yogurt
-mixed with 26 g PBFit
—spread on an apple cinnamon rice cake
—-topped with 50 g apple slices and a dash of cinnamon
She’s messy, now so you’ll need a napkin… and maybe a spoon. 🥄
