Ramadan Days 1-3 Vlogs: I got a late start this year but late start as a safe start. 😝
I am of course obsessed with baking bread so I’m using my hobby and skillet to make as much meal prepped bread items as possible. And I’m also super happy that I tried making gluten-free rice paper Samosa, which are of course much less carb than usual Samosa. Gotta love, guilty, free eating!
Wishing everyone a very happy and prosperous Ramadan InshaAllah!

Ramadan is a sacred month that inspires many to focus on spirituality and healthy living. During these first few days, I found that combining my love for baking with Ramadan traditions made fasting more enjoyable and nourishing. Using a skillet to bake bread not only saved time but also allowed me to create versatile meal prep options for Suhoor and Iftar. One of my favorite discoveries was making gluten-free samosas with rice paper wrappers. These are significantly lower in carbohydrates compared to traditional samosas, which helped me stick to healthier eating without missing out on the festive flavors. This approach to Ramadan meal prep means enjoying food that feels indulgent yet supports my wellbeing. If you're considering new recipes this Ramadan, I highly recommend experimenting with gluten-free alternatives and simple meal prep techniques. This not only reduces kitchen stress during fasting but also ensures you have wholesome meals ready to nourish your body. Beyond food, beginning Ramadan with clear intention and mindfulness—as the phrase "begin with intention" emphasizes—is key to a meaningful experience. This mindset helps empower your daily actions and prayers during this blessed month. May everyone have a Ramadan filled with peace, prosperity, and joyful moments. Embracing small happiness, daily joys, and celebrating each day with gratitude truly enhances this special time.
