Things 30 taught me

✨ What I’ve been taught and what I know does not define me. I get to choose who I am, regardless of how I was raised.

✨ Words are spells. Saying (and singing) negative things will welcome negative things into your life. Stop using words like “ugly, fat, broke, poor, etc”.

✨ Taking every mistake or “negative situation” as a lesson. Analyze what your every day life is trying to teach you about loving yourself and loving others. Life is a school, take advantage of it. ❤️

✨ Standing out from the crowd by doing what you genuinely feel called to do, instead of what others are asking you to do - is a great way to flow into your most abundant life.

Additionally, learning to view mistakes as opportunities for growth is crucial. Each challenge you face can teach valuable lessons about resilience and self-acceptance. Life is indeed like a school, and those experiences cultivate wisdom. Lastly, standing out is integral to personal fulfillment. These are all really good. I also think saying no is a good one. It seems so difficult to do but saying no to going places you don’t want to go, taking on too much responsibility at work, etc. is very freeing
