Butternut Squash

Sweet Potatoes

Sautéed Onion

Garlic... crush, chopped or grated

Bouillon Stock

Curry Powder... Hot or mild

Loads of black pepper.

You can add whatever spice takes your fancy... cooking is trial n error

Once cooked and blended ... add a can of coconut milk.

Serve with buttered crusty bread... delicious!! 👌
