Wednesday the 30th, I will be officially a year postpartum. This last year of my life has been focused towards my new little one, my career, and furthering my education. I have made the decision to dedicate 75 days to my physical and mental health 🫶🏼 as a mama it’s important to take care of myself in order to take care of the family I have created!
