Tried the “coffee protein hack” where you mix protein shakes with coffee to boost protein intake in the morning. I used Premier Protein Shake Vanilla with coffee and also tried Barebells Vanilla Milk Drink as a comparison. The idea sounds like it should hit… but the results were very different 😭.
