I have not really been dieting 😅&Still lost weight

K guys so when I bought my last round of fruits and veggies I thought I’d be set for 2 weeks right? - wrong

My brand new blender for smoothies I planned to make came broken! & even just trying to use two different blenders everything I put in it ended up going to waste because like what am I gonna do with this combination?

Then honestly, just based on my schedule and my capacity at least mentally and physically ( because I have a sprained ankle & thumb) It’s been harder to work out and or stand up forever in the kitchen.

It’s been spraying since May and I really wanted to heal so I don’t wanna prolong my healing like I’ve done in the past by continuing to do the same amount of activities

I still have been losing about a pound a week if I’m cooking if I’m still getting any type of fast food, I’m losing like 1.5 pounds every two weeks

Some people you know that’s impressive for them and while it makes me still happy to see it’s going down

Being someone who lost 80 pounds in a year I’m also kind of feeling not the best about it .. what I’m gonna do about. It is to go home and actually elevate and ice my ailments.

I also wanted to share with you guys that occasional fasting (multiple times a week but not super intentionally planned) is what’s helped,, I do some light workouts but not what’s recommended & DEF not my usual (I like to dance & workout)

Anywho it’s time to get serious serious at least at step 1.. heal up then show up

Plus yes I fast a couple days or a few days a week but I’ll be upping that to I’m thinking 6 days or 7 like just having a set eating window

Fortunately, being that I’ve lost 80 pounds in one year before I know I’m capable and that helps my journey .. so don’t let the thickness in piece of for you. I can definitely help give advice and encouragement 🫶🏽and I would love some in return…. We got this y’all anyone else trying to hit certain body goals.💪🏼

... Read moreWeight loss journeys often aren’t a straight path, especially when life throws unexpected challenges like injuries or equipment failures. As shared, sometimes you might lose weight without intentionally dieting, which can be encouraging. One key factor mentioned is occasional fasting multiple times a week. Intermittent fasting has grown popular because it helps regulate calorie intake and can improve metabolism without the need for complex meal plans. Additionally, focusing on healing—like taking care of a sprained ankle and thumb by elevating and icing—shows the importance of listening to your body. Proper recovery prevents setbacks that could prolong your journey. Even light workouts, although less intense than usual, contribute to steady progress by keeping the body active without overexertion. This balance is crucial when physical limitations exist. Meal preparation challenges, like a broken blender, can unexpectedly affect motivation and nutrition. Finding alternative ways to consume fruits and veggies or adjusting meal plans can keep you on track. The gradual weight loss rates of about a pound per week or slightly more over two weeks, while modest, reflect sustainable habits that can lead to lasting results. Remember, past successes—like losing 80 pounds in a year—build confidence that you can overcome current hurdles. Setting structured eating windows, such as fasting for six to seven days with specific timing, offers a disciplined yet flexible approach to eating. Sharing support and seeking encouragement in communities dealing with #weightlossstruggles and #fastinglifestyle can boost morale. In summary, weight loss without strict dieting is achievable by combining manageable fasting routines, prioritizing injury recovery, adjusting physical activity, and maintaining a positive mindset. Embrace your progress at your own pace, and lean on others for advice and encouragement—it truly helps to know you’re not alone in the journey.
