For anyone who can explain their patterns perfectly and still feel stuck in the same loop – the workshop that sold out 5x is going on tour!!!! 🤸🏾‍♂️ In partnership with @Jane we’ll have one workshop in each city, built around my new book: Where Do You Feel That in Your Body?

What we’ll cover during our time together:

• Learning to recognize your nervous system’s signals in real time, not just after the fact

• Understanding your own survival responses without judgment

• Turning intellectual insight into something you can actually feel and work with

• Building a felt, physical sense of safety in your own body

• Practicing somatic tools you can return to long after the workshop ends

• Feeling less alone in a room of people working on the same thing

📅 Dates & Location:

New York: August 27th 2026 @ 6pm

Toronto: August 29th 2026 @ 3pm

Vancouver: September 12th 2026 @ 12:00pm

Calgary: September 21st 2026 @ 1pm

I’m so excited to share space with you! These workshops will be intimate and cozy, so grab tickets while you can! Link in my bio for more details! 🤎

... Read moreAttending a workshop focused on somatic awareness like "Where Do You Feel That in Your Body?" can truly transform how you relate to your emotions and bodily sensations. From personal experience, I've realized that understanding my nervous system's signals in real time—not just reflecting after the fact—has helped me break repetitive negative patterns and respond more mindfully in stressful situations. In one memorable moment, during an argument with my partner, I recognized my anxious attachment and protest behaviors triggered by feelings of abandonment rooted in my past. Although intellectually aware, it was the process of actually feeling those sensations in my body—clenched fists, holding breath—that allowed me to stay grounded instead of escalating conflict. This is the kind of embodied learning Simone's workshop advocates: connecting intellectual insight with felt experience. What I particularly appreciate about workshops like this is the community aspect. Being in a cozy, supportive space with others working through similar challenges lessens the feeling of isolation. Practicing somatic tools together builds resilience and gives you practices to carry forward long after the event ends. The tour dates covering major cities like New York (August 27th), Toronto (August 29th), Vancouver (September 12th), and Calgary (September 21st) offer a rare chance to experience these teachings in person. If you find yourself stuck in emotional loops despite understanding your patterns, this kind of workshop could be the key to shifting your relationship with your nervous system and fostering long-term wellbeing.

I have genuinely seen major differences in my body after taking these for a few months. Obviously, this is NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, but as someone who is a big proponent of science, I think there is a lot of benefit to relying on more natural compounds vs just synthetic meds #supplements #supplements
