Things I No Longer Chase…✨

There was a version of me that thought I had to chase everything.

Opportunities.

Attention.

Validation.

Being chosen.

I thought if I proved myself enough…

showed up enough…

shrunk myself just enough…

then things would finally align.

But the truth?

What’s meant for you doesn’t require you to perform for it.

It doesn’t require over-explaining.

It doesn’t leave you feeling confused or uncertain.

Alignment feels different.

It’s calm.

It’s clear.

It doesn’t rush you.

It doesn’t make you question your worth.

It stays.

So I stopped chasing…

and started choosing:

✨ peace over pressure

✨ clarity over confusion

✨ myself… every single time

Because luxury was never about having the most.

It’s about feeling at peace in your own life.

And peace?

It looks better on me anyway.

Save this as your reminder and come back to it when you feel yourself slipping into “chasing” energy.

Comment one thing you’re no longer chasing… I want to hear it 🤍

... Read moreIn my own journey toward living a more peaceful and authentic life, I've learned that stopping the chase for external approval and constant validation has been life-changing. Just like the article highlights, there was a time when I believed that proving myself and constantly seeking opportunities were necessary to feel worthy. But this relentless pursuit only brought anxiety and a sense of never being enough. What truly resonated with me is the insight that alignment doesn't require performance or over-explaining. It’s a calm, clear space where you don’t have to shrink yourself or beg for attention. In fact, once I stopped chasing what others thought and started choosing myself, I found a luxury far richer than any material possession—a deep inner peace. Choosing peace over pressure and clarity over confusion empowered me to set boundaries that honor my worth. I learned that luxury isn't about having the most but about feeling at peace in my own life. This mindset shift has improved my relationships, boosted my confidence, and helped me embrace my feminine energy and personal growth without feeling exhausted by constant hustle. Whenever I catch myself slipping back into 'chasing' energy—whether it’s attention, approval, or validation—I remind myself of this transformative perspective. By focusing on intentions and choosing myself first, I cultivate an inner calm that radiates outward, making life feel more aligned and fulfilling. For anyone struggling with similar feelings: try writing down what you're no longer willing to chase. Use it as a personal reminder that growth comes from choosing peace and alignment over the frantic chase. Trust that what’s meant for you doesn’t require shrinking or proving your worth—it simply stays.
