Hydrating, Nourishing and Resting
I’m sharing a little behind the scenes of how I’m choosing to nourish my body.
Infused waters, raw-inspired meals, gentle wellness rituals and this year, I’m also experimenting with reducing added sugar and meat to see how my body feels.
Yesss, I’m saying no to the following
• Starbucks “Sugary drinks”
• Packaged desserts
• Sweetened coffee syrups
• Excess refined sugar
No pressure. Just curiosity and care.
Have you ever tried a reset like this? 💚

Trying a sugar-free lifestyle has been a revealing experience for me. By cutting out Starbucks sugary drinks, packaged desserts, sweetened coffee syrups, and excess refined sugar, I’ve noticed subtle yet meaningful changes in my energy levels and overall mood. One of the biggest shifts came from switching to infused waters, which not only hydrate but also provide a refreshing alternative to sugary beverages. I love infusing water with lemon, cucumber, and mint, making hydration enjoyable and guilt-free. Alongside dietary changes, I’ve started paying more attention to gentle wellness rituals such as mindful breathing, stretching, and dedicating moments of rest throughout the day. These simple practices complement my nourishment goals, helping reduce stress and promoting better digestion. Experimenting with reducing meat intake has also opened new culinary doors for me — exploring plant-based meals that are raw-inspired, vibrant, and satisfying. This shift has supported my body’s natural rhythms and felt like a genuine act of self-care rather than a restrictive diet. My approach is driven by curiosity and self-compassion, not pressure or perfection. If you’re considering a reset or looking to improve your wellness routine, I recommend starting small – maybe by eliminating one sugary item or trying infused water each day. Listening to your body and noticing how it responds can be empowering. Have you tried a similar reset? What changes did you feel?
