Gluten free banana bread
How to make a simple gluten free banana bread
You need 1 large mixing bowl and 1 small mixing bowl.
In small bowl take you peeled 3 rip banana, 2 eggs, the 1tsp of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup or 1 stick of soft butter. Mash and mix to get big chuck as smooth as possible.
In the large bowl add your gluten free flour I use the 1 to 1 all purpose flour you don’t have to worry adding anything to it. 1 and 1/2 cup of gluten free flower. Mix in 1tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of salt, 3/4 a cup of sugar that’s 12 tbsp. Optional is a dash of pumpkin spice and chocolate chips 1/2 cup or however amount you desire. You can also add nuts if you’re not allergic to them.
Today I opted to add the dash of pumpkin spice like normal and then sprinkled chocolate chips on top of before baking.
Now after you mixed the two bowls take the wet ingredients from the small bowl and pour it into the large dry ingredients bowl. Mixed till it’s a dough consistency. You might has to press with your mixing spoon if your not using a mixing. My daughter didn’t folding method before storing and that helped a lot.
Once dough is ready pour into bread pan. I use parchment paper makes it easier to cuts back in the oven at 350 degrees till the top is brown. You can stick a tooth pick in and make sure the center is baked through. #letschat #glutenfreebread #glutenfreebananabread
