I like to add a splash of balsamic vinaigrette for flavor, which keeps the meal light but tasty. Adding mixed nuts gives healthy fats and crunch, while foods like guacamole or cowboy caviar from Sprouts add variety and nutrients. Intermittent fasting has been part of my approach recently, focusing on whole foods during eating windows.
