those in-between meal cravings!
It sucks but you got to be prepared. Most times I'm not so i end up not snacking at all.
😫But with all this Halloween candy in my house right now...I had to plan ahead. 🤣
For the most part, you guys can tell what I have, but I did make roasted chickpeas, which were really easy(I'll add some quick instructions below). I also juiced half of the pineapple, 1 beet, ginger, and apple and mixed that with pure cranberry juice. 😋 👌
SEASONED ROASTED CHICKPEAS
-1 CAN CHICKPEAS drained and patted dry
-roast in 375° oven for 15 min on a baking sheet
-pour into a bowl (while hot) with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp -parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
- Mix really well and pour back onto baking sheet and bake at 425° for 5 min. after that check if you want it crispier. that's just how long i kept it in.
