-70lbs 🥰 here’s my routine✨🫶
Day In My Life:
🌅Morning Routine: wake up & have breakfast within the first 30min to an hour that I’m awake. Take my dogs out, get dressed and ready for the day.
🌤Afternoon Routine: I’m starving atp so I have lunch and this where I normally get around 34-65 grams of protein in.
🌃Night Routine: run club, HIIT camp, or regular workout but I’m definitely getting in some type of movement. I come home and let my dogs out and then get in my last meal of the day, making sure to eat 3 times a day will drastically change your body composition over time.
Activities to-do:
🚶🏽♀️ Lots of walking
🏃🏽♀️ lots of jogging or running
🏋️♂️ HIIT workouts
