I've learned that apologizing for taking breaks or prioritizing rest is no longer needed—it's essential for my well-being. Healing isn’t a straight path; it's a journey with ups and downs. Some days I feel strong, and others I need to slow down and listen to my body. By embracing this, I've realized how important it is to move at my own pace rather than trying to keep up with everyone else’s expectations. Growth requires change, which often means outgrowing people and places that no longer serve us. Choosing faith and giving myself permission to rest has helped me become stronger.
