Spinach Tofu Scramble

Step 1: saute the spinach

Step 2: cut the tofu into bit size pieces and put on the pan

Step 3: crack 2 eggs and add whatever seasoning you like

Step 4: mix soy sauce and a dash of sugar

Step 5: add the egg mixture into pan and then change heat to medium, then add the soy sauce mixture, mix, and cover

Step 6: take out of pan and plate
