Chickpea taco with veggies

Chickpea recipe:

Step 1: sauté diced onions with olive oil in a pan

Step 2: once the onions are glassy looking add crushed or minced garlic (about 2 spoonfuls)

Step 3: drain and rinse the chickpea

Step 4: add the chickpea into the pan with the onion and garlic

Step 5: add salt, pepper, garlic and onion seasoning, and whatever other seasonings you like

Step 6: mix and let cook for about 10 mins until little crispy

Optional:

Add rice or add into a tortillas
