Getting covid on your birthday requires time off !

Me being off for the next 2 days is going to be hard. Lots of 7Brew and I’m Already shopping. It’s only Day 1 !! I may need to sneak off to Scheels and spend my bday $$

This kind of retail therapy, even if done responsibly, can boost morale during isolation. It’s also worth preparing in advance for days like this by stocking up on essentials such as Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol if you have respiratory symptoms, to manage breathing difficulties safely at home. Additionally, organizing entertainment like concert tickets or favorite meals (for example, Mac's BBQ available at Cain’s Ballroom shows) helps to create enjoyable distractions. Overall, while having COVID on your birthday means time off work and canceled plans, it can also be a moment to slow down, practice self-kindness, and find small joys at home. Remember to reach out to friends and family virtually, keep hydrated, and follow your healthcare provider’s advice. This way, you can turn an unexpected situation into a memorable, restful birthday experience.
