Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken 🍗🧀🥓

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 🧀

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled 🥓

1 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor you prefer) 🌶️

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒

Toothpicks (for securing the chicken)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 🏠🔥

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture, securing the edges with toothpicks.

Coat the stuffed chicken breasts in crushed Doritos, pressing gently to ensure they stick to the chicken.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
