私がいちばん困るのが「手の粉吹き」。水仕事のあとにハンドクリームを塗り忘れると、手の甲が白くなって服に粉がつくことも…。そんな時は“とにかく早く油分と水分を閉じ込める”のが大事だと感じました。私はお風呂あがり〜寝る前のどこかで、手にもボディエマルジョンを薄く伸ばしてから、指先だけ重ね塗りしています。こっくり系でもスーッとなじむタイプだと、スマホが触れないほどベタつかないので続けやすいです。 次に「すねの乾燥がうろこっぽい」状態。これは角質がめくれて見えていることが多くて、ゴシゴシ洗いすぎると悪化しやすかったです。私はボディソープを泡立てて手でなでる程度にして、入浴後5〜10分以内に保湿するようにしたら落ち着きました。ニベアみたいなこってりクリームが合う人もいるけど、こってりが苦手な日は“高保湿だけど伸びが良い”エマルジョン系がラク。すねは服の摩擦もあるので、朝より夜にしっかり塗ると翌朝の粉ふきが減りました。 「ボディクリームを顔に塗っても大丈夫？」については、私は“基本は顔用が安心、でも緊急時は部分使い”派です。無香料・無着色・パラベンフリーなど低刺激寄りでも、顔は皮脂や毛穴の状態が違うので、Tゾーンは避けて頬や口周りの乾燥部分だけに少量を。初めてやる時は腕などでパッチテストして、ニキビができやすい人は特に様子見がおすすめです。 最後に「化粧水を体に塗る」のは意外とアリでした。乾燥がひどい日は、入浴後に化粧水を腕やすねにサッと広げてから、上からボディクリームでフタをするとしっとり感が続きやすいです。化粧水だけだと蒸発して逆に乾くこともあるので、必ずクリームで仕上げるのがコツ。 塗るのをサボったら後悔するやつ…って本当にその通りで、保湿は“気合”より“続けやすい使用感”が勝ちだなと実感しました。乾燥が気になる季節は、手・すね・ひじを「全身レスキュー」するつもりで早めに立て直すのがおすすめです。
