Chorizo Taco Recipe
This tacos is made an under five minutes and is so delicious and yummy! Get you your ingredients ready and follow the steps down below.
Ingredients:
💚1 thin corn tortilla
💚1 eggs
💚2oz or a small portion of chorizo of your choice
💚queso fresco crumbled up for topping
💚Salsa of your choice for topping
💚Chopped cilantro for topping
Instructions:
1. Gather all of your ingredients And heat your pan to medium heat for 1 minute.
2. Add your chorizo and break it up on the pan using a spatula until it’s small kinda like ground beef.
3. Next move all of the chorizo to create a round circle the size of your tortilla. Add your tortilla on top and let it sit for about two minutes.
4. Next carefully lift the chorizo and tortilla with your spatula and flip everything be very careful as this step could completely fall apart. If you need to let it sit for a few minutes for everything to harden up please do so.
5. After you have flipped your chorizo taco crack your egg on top of it and cover it with a lid. Cook your egg to your desired liking.
I do mine for about 1 minute.
6. Lastly remove your chorizo, taco and top it with salsa, queso fresco, and cilantro.
7. ENJOY your taco!
